Technical interview are just fine, they are not too hardcore technical, mostly scenario based and very basic. the approach matters. Long hiring process, takes about a month or more. and they negotiate a lot sometime even pay you just as much as your current salary or even less depending on the location you are trying for and your current location. They do offer packers and movers at times but you need to negotiate And you might need to followup alot aas they wouldnt bother giving updtaes.
