Recruiters communicated clearly, and everyone I met seemed genuinely passionate about architecture and the firm’s mission. The focus was less on technical software tests and more on understanding my design approach and how I handle feedback.

Entrevista
It was a bit unorganized, but overall quite good people. The questions were basic, for example, software use, favorite past project, portfolio questions, etc. It was generally informal and very laid back.
