I applied through LinkedIn to the position. I received a call one week later for an interview with HR. After two weeks I had another interview with hiring manager by phone (due to the fact he was located outside the country). One month later I had an presential interview with a local manager as adviser on the process. After another month I had and interview with the director of the department. After 2-3 weeks I was contacted to submit several documents for an screening process. Then, finally, after 2 week I had a job offer. The whole process took 3-4 months.
