Applied on company website and received a 30 minute phone call about 2 weeks later for basic questions and what the job entailed. About a month later I was told to come in for an in person interview with 3 panel members and the positions manager. Then a month after that I had another in person interview with the designated manager and another technician. Overall, an excellent interview process. Took about 2 months and followed up with exactly why I didn’t get the position. Plain and simple they said I just didn’t have enough experience. The downside is that I was only asked non-technical questions during the interviews, yet I was turned down for not having enough technical experience.
