Received a call from HR in the US who scheduled a call with me and the hiring manager who is the head of Canada print & ink business. The HR rep offered his sincere support to prepare for the interview which I appreciated and made me want to work for HP even more. The call with the hiring manager was very disrespectful. She wouldn't let me finish what I had to say from the get-go. Her whole concern was how come I'm still unemployed after 7 months. When I answered I'm waiting for the right fit she said there are lots of fantastic companies to work for out there!! I had stated everything clearly on my resume I was wondering why did she want to speak to me in the first place. I withdrew my application.
