One of the worst interview experiences I've had! Spoke with Moritz Wolf (Geneva, Switzerland) about a role in Barcelona over the phone and was invited to London to meet. Flew into London at my own expense and as Moritz could not organise a meeting room we met in a local cafe. After 2 hours of interviewing through lunch time, Moritz offered to pay for the cup of tea I drank, as if this were some remarkably generous gesture. One month later, after following-up, Moritz promised to arrange the next steps that week. Two weeks later, after another follow-up, simply an automated out of office notification. Decided to withdraw myself from the process at this stage. Avoid this company and hiring manger if possible.
