Attended interview through staffing agency. There are two Technical rounds. One round is done by Test engineers panel. They asked all the basic testing questions. Types of manual testing and the challenges faced during automation testing. Next F2F is done by developer who was very rude. He is not impressed with my resume. Started asking non technical question like what is your previous manager name and what is the team members name. He assumed that I may be a fake experience person. He did not check my technical skills. Please respect the people who are coming to the interview. Wasting half of my day for interview, If you like or not this is not the way to respect the fellow employees. Stop assuming people based on the resume
