We were selected for an Assessment Centre taking place at their Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona site (it took half a day). Before the actual interview, they gave us a tour of the facilities and explained to us some of the projects they were working on. The interview process comprised basically of: 1. group activities; and, 2. a short case about one of their products, followed by a presentation of your solution to a group of managers.
