I applied for HP and went through the regular interview process. I was impressed by their people but unfortunately their compensation is below market. There is a reason why HP is trailing on the business front. They are having a hard time attracting top talent, what they offer is much lower than their competitors. You can't attract people with the current compensation package HP is offering.
