Smooth, comfortable, inviting. Interviewers were very open, honest and candid. Definitely made me feel welcomed and relaxed. Really enjoyed the level of detail and depth they went into. Had an inital 45ish min meeting with Hiring manager over zoom, then three, 3-4 person panel interview with technical staff (in first panel), managers (in 2nd panel) then Sr Tech staff (in 3rd panel). I felt interviewers were all very friendly and open, created an excellent environment for me to feel comfortable and share my knowledge and background. Took a while (about 2.5 weeks) to hear a result (rejection), but I think that was due to me being the 2nd choice. My guess is they probably extended offer to their preferred candidate & then had some negotiations, so kept me waiting in the wings. No biggie, I've done similar in their position. Overall, a great experience, and a great company. I will continue applying.
