Applied online, then received an email for an interview with no screening/pre empt call with the HR before hand. Just an email. It was a virtual interview, the hiring manager was late for 10 minutes and didn't bother to introduce himself. Video was compulsory for me, but he is not. When i start to introduce myself, the questions asked were " Why you left this company A in such a short period? Why left company B? Why left company C?" Nothing about my skills and my experiences. When i asked what is the exact role and job description for this role? (As no one brief me before hand cause only an email was sent to me). He answered me in one sentence. Thats all he said. I felt very disrespected the very first time in an interview setting from a reputable company like this.

Plusieurs entretiens, du côté RH au téléphone, cela c'est très bien passé. Concernant l'entretien final avec les manageurs, j'ai été très déçu ! Tout d'abord, ils étaient plusieurs, aucun n'avait activé sa caméra, j'avais l'impression de parler dans le vide. Beaucoup de questions "piège", j'avais l'impression qu'ils voulaient tester ma capacité à résister au stress... Les questions n'étaient pas pertinentes et j'ai été mal à l'aise tout le long de l'entretien... Je trouve ça dommage surtout pour un poste en alternance car cela ne donne vraiment pas envie d'apprendre dans leur entreprise. Même avec une réponse positive, je n'aurais pas accepté l'offre.
