One of the employees reached out to me on LinkedIn saying they have a job that would potentially fit my professional experience. I had a one and only interview with two women. One of them seemed to be recently hired and was in the interview for training purposes Nothing wrong with this but she didn't seem to understand my answers. I didn't want to categorize this situation as unprofessional but after the interview, they just ghosted me. I have sent 2 reminders and no one has had 2 minutes to reply to me regardless of the outcome.
