Entrevista
The interview process was fairly standard. You apply online with your CV and fill in some questions. If successful, you're invited to sit two tests, a numerical and verbal reasoning test. After that, you're screened again. If successful, you're invited to a telephone interview, which is largely competency based. The telephone interview is used to screen out a lot of candidates. After the telephone interview, you're invited to an assessment centre which is quite rigorous. Begins with a numerical reasoning retest. The rest of the day is made up of 1 on 1 interviews, as well as a presentation. The interviews can get quite technical.

one HR round, superday with 3 MDs over zoom if you are not in the city, the questions are very standard and pretty much the same for all the candidate, it followed different themes
