You are asked to do online assessment which took about an hour. The Questions were about behavioral and decision making. Some questions require ordering five decisions based on priorities. Last question was reading some data or statistics for few minutes then present it.

Long but simple process, several online simulations and a phone interview at the end. None of them were difficult and you receive feedback after every part. Interview might be in person under normal circumstances.
