Applied for a staff engineer role via careers page. The recruiter reached out after a month and asked to schedule a call on her calendar. We had an initial discussion. During the end of the call the recruiter shared that they would share the assignment and also explained me about the next rounds. Also, the recruiter never turned on the camera. Once the call was ended I never heard back from them even after sending multiple emails. It is humble request to all the recruiters that a simple feedback would do no harm to you but would definitely help us to fix things and move ahead. Please value our time like we value yours!

I had a screening call with HR, then met with a director of engineering, an engineering manager, and members of the technical team. Because I had worked at the company previously, I was not required to go through the technical portions of the interview process.
