Probably lasted an hour. Process took a week It’s a group interview where we were split into 3 groups that rotated activities- one was creating a play in 90 seconds , another was selling a product and the last was answering a question within 45 seconds. Pretty relaxed then they pick people to go to the second part of the interview where you are asked availability etc

There were about 30 interviewees. After 3 activities as the first round, there would a short and quick interview. The first round is so competitive and stressful. The interviewer is friendly and nice.
