They are very intense about the structure and expectations which are perfectly understandable when applying for a position Ok with the expectations, results desired, and workload and hours. What was shocking was the pay. 10.00 an hour to pretty much run their business. They new I was over qualified they offered me the position. Asked if I could have 24 hours to decide and get back to them, both agreed. Told to contact the regional next day 2 phone calls no return call. Maybe they knew I would decline however if your asking candidates to be professional as a company representative you should also show some professionalism and get back to the candidate.
