The interview process was multi-phased and included a panel interview followed by a mock project presentation and defense of proposed solutions. The interview process moved quickly and was completed with about thirty days from the date of application until receipt of an offer letter.

I was contacted by an internal recruiter who setup a day & time for an initial interview, I was told this would be a 30 minute phone call. I did the phone interview which took just less than an hour. The recruiter couldn't answer simple benefits questions upon request even though they told me they had been with the company for over a year. But they told me they felt I was very qualified for this position. Probably over qualified since I have over 25 years managing pre-sales & post-sales engineers in the IT world. They told me they were going to get my information in front of the person ultimately responsible for hiring for this position. They even told me that if I did not hear from them by the end of the am on the next business day to call them to make sure everything was going forward. Imagine my surprise when on the next business day first thing in the am I get a cookie cutter we are seeking other candidates. I was perplexed by this so I called the recruiter to be certain. They told me they would only be looking at local candidates for this role. So they wasted my time & theirs even interviewing me to begin with. I would be very leary of this company as it has just been purchased by the Tom Pritzker Family Business Interests & others. This guy couldn't even get along with his own family when it comes to business. Also the investors involved have a track record of pulling as much as they can out of a company then either selling it off or folding it up. Beware if you are considering employment with this company.
