First interview with hr. It was a telephonic interview after with finance manager and another department manager .It was about an 1 hour interview on video call. Process took around 15 days.

Basic questions about past experience. Really hammered in on a few key things like if I had previously reported against KPIs, which I was honest that I couldn’t think of a way to justify that I had, got the job regardless because I showed a lot of enthusiasm and experience in other important aspects of the business. Been here several years now. A lot of focus on accounting principles as well but it was all stuff we had covered in school. Classic interview questions like “tell me about a time you solved a problem” etc etc
