Entrevista
Two stage interviews following a telephone call, both were panel interviews. For the second interview you are given a scenario to consider prior to the meeting which you prepare and then present. HR, hiring manager plus SME's are present at both interviews. Decision process then took 5 days.

Good and easy. Very understanding leadership that ensure a good fit with you and your team. Seems to be only hiring contractors right now? Leads to unstable long term team development.

Entrevista
It started with a 30 minute interview with the hiring manager and then 2 one hour interviews with the team I would be directly working with. I walked through my resume and gave specific project examples to showcase my skills.
