Second interview was deep technical with a technical manager and a technical peer. Questions were challenging. Passed. Third interview was in a day, with Program Manager. Told would revert after checking references. Got a call from COO for a quick 5 minute "culture-fit" call, offer made later that day. Total process was very quick.
