I connected with a director on LinkedIn and he was a great guy and gave me productive suggestions. He recommended my resume and then I was interviewed (30mins) by a director and senior manager where they discussed my areas of interest to figure out which team would I fit in. After 3 days I received a mail from a HR for a phone screen for a graduate EIT role. This HR was the most unprofessional HR I have ever met. The phone screen interview was rescheduled without any prior notice. The next day we had the meeting over teams and the HR had not even taken a look at my resume asked me very basic questions and seemed to be in a hurry. HR mentioned that I would be receiving an invitation for my technical interview and also mentioned the neme of the person who would be interviewing me. Then I had to do an online behavorial assessment. Did not receive any feedback for 14 days. When I followed up I got an email that they would not be moving forward with me. I am very open to rejections but I do not appreciate the kind of unprofessional behaviour. The phone screen (over teams ) was done in like 10 mins and the HR kept loosing my resume on their desktop.
