I told them that I was in a team in Year 10, participating for the Coca-cola business challenge and that we had been challenged to do multiple task within a time limit which really put us under pressure and that my team made it into the top 11 in the whole country.

Yes,i was in charge of various departments with teams of 6-14 staff.working within company hourly case rate targets as well as excellent customer services.always leading by example.
