I haven't got direct experience as a contact centre advisor, however in my previous employment i was required to answer calls from the public and so I used this to show that I have had experience in talking to public on the phone and tell them what was required of you in certain situations. Give examples! My interviewer really loved that i used examples and he was quite positive.
