The process started out going through an initial screening with their internal recruiter, then was passed along to the managers of the specific office. There was a phone interview, a personality test, and two in person interviews.

it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.

First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
