The process of applying for a role with Hays was fairly simple. I applied on-line and was contacted by an internal recruiter. There was three stages before offer. The first stage was a phone screen/ telephone interview. I was then invited to an open day. Then assessment centre and a round of interviews with directors in company followed.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
