On gravi rapidement les deux premiers échelons puis comme dans tous système pyramidale la suite et soumise non pas aux résultats ou à la compétence mais au bon petit papier
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.

First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
