Phone interview, 2 in person meetings. Meetings were with the regional VP as well as a current team lead. The first interview was with HR, and was held over the phone. Interviews were all quite laid back and the interviewers were very nice to meet with. Overall I had a positive experience interviewing with this specific company. They were all very nice and kind to meet with and the interview was good. There is a 30 word minimum on this entry so apologies for rambling a little bit.

The mainly focus on your career and aspirations. Be prepared to talk about your sales experience as this is the most important thing to them. Cold calling is a large part of the job and any experience with this will help your chances.
It was a good process. fairly straight forward to understand and the people were friendly and clear. asked general questions like why the firm, why recruitment, tell us about yourself etc.

A consultoria não retornou com o feedback final, o que ocasionou frustração.

Teams call. Then they invite you into the office, tell you about the company. Tell you how they value DEI and other initiatives they do then Q&A with a director, then 3 role plays. The process is not difficult but it isn't a real interview they hold them to test the market and see what the candidate market is like. They might also do them to keep their existing recruiters on their toes and maybe also to just collect data.
