Applied to advert, contacted by Internal Recruiter and vetted. Attended group assessment and proceeded to second interview. Really liked the style of the interviewers - corporate but not detached from reality.

it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
