Entrevista
De eerste ronde bestond uit een korte kennismaking en het bespreken van de CV. De tweede ronde peilde meer naar je persoonlijkheid o.b.v. een test die achteraf werd besproken. De derde ronde was een kennismaking met de nationaal directeur en een rollenspel.

Het rollenspel was doorslaggevend. Ze letten vooral op je commerciële vaardigheden.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
