Entrevista
Applied in December, was told someone would get back to me in January due to Christmas break. I had an initial phone interview followed by a teams meeting with the talent specialist, an assessment “day” via teams then a face-to-face with the business directors who I will be working with.

it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
