Friendly interviews, 1 phone, 1 teams & 1 in-person. 5 days after the interview I received a call to say I had been rejected from the position as I wouldn't accept the base line salary of €27K and that it would take me 6 months to make commission.
it was easygoing and clear. they explained how busy the work is going to be.
was engaging. however, it can be a stress environment because everyone is pressured to achieve their KPI. it is more of a sales job
First screening call with internal recruiter followed by Round table role play with country head with around 5-6 candidates in total, in person. The purpose would be to test how you handle rejections.
