as a consultant you interview at possible job sites, you are not hired until a job site wants to bring you aboard... makes sense but makes the process long.
There were 3 rounds on one day. The HR round was on some other day. The offer was floated further after a lot of negotiation. The questions were not very concrete, but were more of a general in nature
