I applied online for a Baltimore-based role. Upon the first call, I was notified that the position I applied to is actually "always posted" and the role shown is not available. I was informed on this phone call that they did have a regional role available that would have me traveling up to 45 minutes from my home. I said that would be okay and agreed to the second interview. Right before the second interview, I was told the role would actually be traveling further (1.5 hours away). I declined immediately. The following day I was asked if I'd be interested in a role closer to home. I'm unsure why this role was not offered to me initially and why the bait and switch. I then found out they require providers to sign a contract stating if they don't give 4 months' notice they will owe $15,000. I immediately officially withdrew my application at this point. Seems like a very deceptive company as this was not mentioned at all in the interview. I only discovered this in the other glassdoor reviews.

Friendly and informative. Easy to ask questions and answered questions well. Multiple interview processes. Courtney was nice and informative regarding expectations and work life balance. She was easy to talk to and helped with pre-interview expectations.
