3 round of interviews.First with a mobile developer then with head of engineering and final round with CEO.Basic programming question.Then question related to infrastructure mainly AWS as there servers are in AWS.

Applied through a consultancy and got invited to take up an online coding test. The online coding test had 3 medium complexity questions. First question among the three, was a simple SQL query. After clearing the test, I interviewed at Healint Singapore office. Met Head of Engineering and CTO. There was a white board test where questions from Java Certification were asked. Questions were nice, and the way those 2 interviewers dealt with hints and questions was quite professional. Overall interview experience was great. However, the way post-interview has been handled was totally unprofessional. This experience is quite opposite to the way interview has been handled. First a 'yes' then a 'no' and then a 'may be' and then negotiating on salary et.al. This gave an impression that, they clearly are not sure about what to look for in a candidate, or how to negotiate or how best to utilize a candidate.
