The interview process was simple and straightforward. I applied online and was contacted shortly after for an interview. The interviewer asked about my previous experience, availability, communication skills, and how I handle different situations at work. The atmosphere was relaxed and professional, and the overall process was easy and not stressful.

I engaged in a remote phone interview (primarily as a result of Covid-19). It was a first round behavioral interview contained baseline questions about customer service and past experiences. The hiring manager was easy-going and the interview was very brief.
