Worst interview I have ever been to. Was interviewed by a panel of 3 ladies. The AD laughed in my face on an answer I gave. I can't recall specifics since this happened in 2018. But I was a fresh grad then with little to no job experience. Honestly, when a company has only one gender in higher management it's def a major red flag. If they are so nasty to someone during an interview I can only imagine how bad it is in the office.
