Initial recruiter screening call was friendly and straightforward. Definitely a warm vibe! I was given a take-home technical assessment which I completed and returned back within 2 days. The hiring manager looked it over to determine if they wanted to move forward. Then, I spoke to the hiring manager briefly over zoom and she asked general questions and some technical questions about my background, etc. Finally, I was scheduled for a final round of interviews made up of the hiring manager again and the rest of the team (2 more people). Overall lasted about 1.5 to 2 hours. They really delve into your background in detail and ask more advanced technical questions. Everyone was warm and friendly during the entire process and the recruiter kept me informed at all times in a timely fashion. Overall a good experience which is usually indicative of the company culture! So happy to be joining!
