First interview and then second interview with the CCO all seemed to go well. Was told I'd hear back on next steps within a week or so. After that time passed, I reached out and was told I'd hear back in 2 weeks. It's been 10 weeks, so apparently I was ghosted. When candidates make it up to the final interview, let them know you're going to cut them loose instead of ghosting them.
