Applied online and was contacted the next day by an administrative assistant to schedule a phone interview with the regional manager. The phone interview lasted about 30 minutes - the first 15 minutes the regional manager asked questions and the last 15 minutes I was given the opportunity to ask questions.

3 interviews with 3 levels of interviewers. I interviewed well and was over qualified but they insisted on someone closer to the sales territory. I found that them informing me of decision to not offer an opportunity was rather unprofessional as it was communicated in a very informal manner.
