The rounds were as below: 1. Behavioural and Cognitive test 2. Interview accessing the soft skills I could not go pass the second interview. So not sure what's the rest of the process.

Questions were usual soft skills questions: 1. What's your management style 2. How do you convey the hard message to the team 3. How are your day-to-day activities etc
