I spent half a day with the assignment given and the usecase was not consistent. I improvised the requirements and prepared a quality presentation. Unlike other organizations, I had to present for an hour spanning two sessions. I didn't get a proper feedback when they moved on. I could see the post unfilled still. How can they fill, with such evaluation. Consider candidate's time too, as it is valuable.
