Overall poor process. Manager was looking at his phone while I was talking. Felt as if interviewers never really read my CV before interviewing me, as they were asking me kind of irrelevant questions. In the end, it was blamed on me that I wasn't prepared. It is unacceptable when someone coming strong enthusiasm for a position, gets to be interviewed by someone who acts like he's doing a chore.
