It's a small company of independent recruiters. While they themselves could be okay to have a beer with, the interviews I was in were absolutely awful. They connected me with two bad companies (both hiring managers showed red flags, interrupting me while in an aggressive manner, suddenly leaving the call to say hello to a friend that was passing by, feedback that made absolute no sense that told more about their insecurities and malpractice). If I had known before, I would've hung up on them without hesitation. If you want to try, do it at your own peril, especially if they want to connect you with any of the subsidiaries of Associated British Foods.
