Don’t be fooled. They just try to fill the interview quota. Corporate policy, most of the time they already have someone in mind and that someone is often their friend who they clique with. This company is also known for discriminating minorities with less “white characters” for management position. Just look at the director and above level, all white males and they want to keep it that way. Feels more like a fraternity rush week than an interview.
