I received a phone call inviting me to an interview and an email confirming it. I was told it there would be a short presentation and then I would be interviewed by the hiring managers. When I got there we were told that we would be doing a group interview and then we would be shortlisted for one to one interviews at a later date. We had to do ice breakers and then work through various scenarios in small groups and then present our thoughts afterwards. I was a little annoyed as they told us that the company prided itself on getting back to all candidates whether or not we got the job, and were told we would hear back within 3 days. It took me a couple of days of chasing after the original date (when I didn't hear anything) to get an answer. Despite being unsuccessful, however, they did give me feedback over the phone which was really great and not something you'll get many places!

It was simple and easy. I had 2 interviews and they both went extremely well. I was told to wait for an email in 2-3 days. It took 2 weeks and me emailing multiple times to reach back out. I received an email later that they filled the position with someone else who was certified in their system. They never mentioned needing certifications in the system they used at all which was a bit upsetting considering both managers were very positive about the interview. Nonetheless it was an easy interview, they ask about experiences and scenario questions. I don’t appreciate the lack of communication with HR and management so perhaps it is a blessing in disguise.
