The interview itself was positive, the members of staff who interviewed me were polite, informative and made me feel at ease. The interview was online, through teams. Prior to the interview I had a quick call with the internal recruiter to describe the role to me. However, I was told they would let me know within a week about their decision, but after a few weeks I still hadn't heard anything and I felt they were 'ghosting' me. They did eventually get back to me though.
