Very friendly process. Everyone was kind and supportive. I had a clear sense of the job and what it's like to work at the company. When talking about culture, I felt a strong sense of pride and alignment.

The initial phone screen was with David, the CEO. Very straight forward and positive. My inperson was all in one day because of open calendars. I sat down with a series of current employees, starting with a general orientation from a person who'd been with HireMinds for a while, then someone at about my level, and eventually moving on to more senior folks. It was all conversation based, though I know others had to do role plays. Everyone was very nice and professional, and it atmosphere was casual.
