I met with the director of Architecture where we discussed my experience as well as the role and what all was involved. I explained how my experience fit into the role. I was then introduced to several team members in the office where I got a glimpse of what they were currently working on. I complete a personality test online after the interview, and a few days later I received an offer via email.
