Extremely long, unorganised and after I got through to the final interview I then wasn't told I didn't get the job until after 3 weeks and it was only because I emailed - clearly they had forgot to inform unsuccessful candidates. Given that their whole business model is based on employee engagement, I thought their interview process was shockingly bad.
